Visual Process Flows - Unavailable Screen

Hi,

I am working for my client financial data, they used Accpac Sage 300 (2016).

I dumped their database and loaded their database in my laptop Accpac Sage 300 (2018). It is successfully loaded. But I got error message when opening Visual Process Flow "The screen you requested is not available in your system".

But if I use Sample Data, I can open everything in Visual Process Flow.

Can someone please help me solve this?

note:
I am using Windows 8.1 fresh install with windows update turned off.

You're probably missing some 2016 modules. Select Help/System Information and look for empty module names.

Thank you for your response.

I checked the module, in System Information - Modules. There are a lot of them, and none of them are empty name. How to check if it is empty?

Not windows modules, Sage modules like AR and OE

Apparently the database is not compatible with 2018 version. Some modules are not checklisted.

Do you have copy of trial version of Sage 300 2016 (6.3) ? or where can I download it?
