Those questions are far beyond the scope of a forum like this.  You need to contact Sage and sign up as a development partner.  And I strongly suggest you don't try to create views yourself.

I have post as Sage Development partner but I didn't get any help from there.I am customizing Sage so I need to create a view .Please guide me hoe to that.

Have you emailed Developer Support? If you are a paid up development partner, you will have access to developer support. That is different from being able to post on these forums. Developer support will be able to help but I suspect they will suggest you read the developer wiki which has a chapter on how to create your own views here. If you can't see that link because you don't have a login, email developer support and if you are a partner, they will provide you with a login.

Yes I am a paid up development partner.My team-mate also mailed to Developer Support but there is no response from them on this.I have also post on Developer Community but there is also no reply on my post.

Keep trying.  Creating custom views is an extreme specialty.  Since you're not an experienced Sage programmer, I strongly suggest you look at Orchid Extender, you can create your own views with it.  www.orchid.systems/.../extender
