Ship more than Order Qty

Are there any way to ship more than ordered quantity?

Is there any way to customize or 3rd party solution to take care of this?

Yes, just do it. Customization not needed.

I received an error message saying "Quantity shipped cannot be greater than quantity ordered."

This is 2021.

Are there any specific O/E options I have to configure to do that?
