ZI is the code for Intercompany Transactions, if that helps point you in the right direction.

We have no way of knowing the answer to that question.  Run RvSpy, as kkyle2 suggested. 

Jim, this is a stupid question but what is RvSpy and where is it at file directory wise so that I can run it? I've only been working with sage 300 for about 6 months but it's not my job, I'm just helping them out because the IT guy quit 8 months ago and since they consider me "tech savvy" that's why I'm the stucky...

I think it might be time to contact your Sage Business Partner and have a consultant take a look at things with you.
