Print Preview Screen never finishes and can't close to continue

They are able to print to email with no issues, print to printer with no issues, but about 20% of the time when they print preview it will start, takes about the regular amount of time, just when it's about to display the results to the screen it locks up.  If it go to the windows available on the task bar and try to maximize it won't, I can see the print screen with no results being displayed but it's like Sage thinks is done.  I can't click on the X to close the window and the user can't continue.

The are not locked up in that they can move to another screen in sage say customer inquiry and everything is fine, however because they have a locked print screen they can't continue to work in order entry (like normal if you have a print screen open).  If I go into task manager, i see a Sage300 UI Container (32 bit) that is about 90MB and i close just that, Sage remains open just the print preview closes and they are able to repeat exactly what they just did (same order/wor/invoice - any form) for the same order with the same template and it will work fine.  I have never had it hang on the 2nd attempt of the same thing that hung them up and typically they will not hang again right away - likely not for the rest of the day.

I have tried systematic reboots of servers nightly and workstations.  I have tried to track it to age of workstations or resources.  Tried to track it to specifc form that is being printed to screen or even printer.  But in all cases there is no consistency that I have found.

Has anyone had a similar issue and found anything that I might be able to track down as the reason.

    The issue in this case is the print preview screen never completes - I am not able to send it to the printer.   It hangs just as it appears that it is going to display.   If i end task the sage 300 UI container (32 bit) of that specific user it frees them up and they can print the exact thing they were hung on on the 2nd attempt.  So it's not that is isn't working - just isn't working sometimes.  At this point I have users from very old computer to brand new ones experiencing the issue randomly.    there is no link to custom form being used or printer driver.

    with the workstation locked in this print preview the Sage 300 ui container (32 bit) in the task manager just keeps growing bigger and bigger.  grows about5 MB every 10 min?   NO one is even using the workstation or session while it is growing.  Seems odd.  It's like it thinks it's doing something
