I only see ..\Sage and ..\Sage Advisor Update

Try exporting from an existing receipt entry. The templates are in the same folder as the programs. What version are you on?

When i try to export, i open 1 receipt entry  then file > export. It seems when i do it this way, Sage tries to export everything instead of that particular opened receipt entry. Im using 300 Premium (Version 2020)

that's because you need to do the criteria selection.  File>Export just opens the export window regardless of which RC you are on.

thanks. i finally found the Import Template folder and the POReceipt1 template. However it doesnt have all the table header OR i dont know which code corresponds to what field in Sage. For example VDCODE seems like vendor code. How can i add/delete columns while choosing the correct code as table headers?

BTW how do i define that i only want to export a certain receipt number?

you can delete columns that you don't need.  the only "required" fields are the ones that show a red asterisk on the import/export field selection grid.

you need to use the selection criteria.  to be honest, if that part is completely new to you, then you probably shouldn't be trying to import data into Sage and you should contact your consultant for training.
