Hi Jay, are you suggesting that the xlsx format is not supported by Sage 2023?

Oh, right.  You need the Access Engine installed, it comes with the Sage workstation setup.  Tell your IT it's not malware even though it might be "deprecated".

Hey Jay,  just wanted to clarify that if you run w/s setup,  the excel can be installed/running  at the local w/s and not the server? Currenlty one of my clients is running Sage 2023 via a remote app and the statements are not loading but there is no Excel on the server. I am hoping W/S setup will resolve it.
