We are running Sage 300 Premium version 2022. When we go to Customer Inquiry screen and use the Invoice Drill down - the view has a tab for Optional Fields - but the O/E Invoice optional fields are not being displayed. If I pull up the Invoice from the O/E Transactions, O/E Invoice Entry screen - the fields I am looking for ARE on the Optional Field view.
