Change your print destination to Preview by pressing on the Print Destination icon in the top bar

I am getting printing delays when I am trying to print a printout.  I am seeing if anyone has suggestions as to why it takes about a minute for the file to print out?  I can print reports just fine - it's printing printouts that takes forever..

I think you need to define what you mean by “printout” vs printing a report.  
Also is your Sage print destination set to printer, file, or Preview, as Eva suggested?  

Printout, as in Print to File printout.  Yes, it is set to a printer.

If you're printing from Sage to a file, your Sage destination is set File, not Printer (unless this is a Financial Statement).  If you're having trouble sending those files to a printer, it is happening outside of Sage.
