SAGE 300 2022 ERP

Hello SAGE community, I'm encountering some issues while setting up a new company on SAGE ERP. I have created the necessary databases for the system and company, but when I try to log in to SAGE 300, I'm prompted to activate Common Services 2022. However, upon proceeding with the activation, I receive the following error messages: 'Error: The User Input Email password cannot be blank' and 'Critical error: Cannot activate Common Services data'. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem?
