Hello SAGE community, I'm encountering some issues while setting up a new company on SAGE ERP. I have created the necessary databases for the system and company, but when I try to log in to SAGE 300, I'm prompted to activate Common Services 2022. However, upon proceeding with the activation, I receive the following error messages: 'Error: The User Input Email password cannot be blank' and 'Critical error: Cannot activate Common Services data'. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem?

Sounds like you might have the Microsoft Office 365 integration filled out for the ADMIN account? Or you have a third party email product subclassing Common Services and you need to disable the folder before activating a new entity? Finally if you're re-using a previously used Database ID where their might be something in the system database referring to it, try creating the new company with a fresh Database ID. Just some ideas...
