Access Violation when using Item Drill, Last Invoice or Last Shipment "drill"

Hello,

We recently upgrade from Sage 2017 to Sage 2023. We have a Sage 2023 Server, and 3 RDS services in which our employees connect to via a Broker / Work Resources. 

We've also recently updated to Build 3.

On the Sage Server, we can click the Item Drill or Last Invoice Drill and it will take us to where it goes. The users whom access Sage via the RDS farm run into an Access Violation error. The error is typically always different. Attached is an example.

Any ideas on this?
