The Modulo team retired and closed its doors 12 months ago with the last compatible releases being PU 2021 for Sage 300 2021, which do not work with Sage 300 2023.  There are several Email modules to choose from if the newer Common Services SMTP function and new Multiple Contacts module do not meet your client's needs.  For example Key Communications from Pacific Technology is an option I'm familiar with but I know there are several solutions out there from our Development friends in the community.  Here is the official announcement received from Modulo Software last year:

Hello to all our resellers and distributors.

Modulo Software was established in 1988 and has an experienced team, many of whom have been with us for decades.

Recently some of our key people have indicated a desire to retire over the next twelve months.  We’ve come to the decision that these staff are not replaceable.

As a result we’ve begun winding down the business and will close this coming September 2022.

We’re ceasing development of our Sage 300 third party products, meaning Product Update 2021 will be the last version of Eftpac, Mailpac, Ocrpac, Attpac, eImagepac and Barcode Filer.

We have ceased issuing maintenance renewal notices to customers using our Sage 300 third party products and are no longer accepting Purchase Orders for new product.

Any customers on current maintenance will continue to receive support until their expiry dates.

Please note that all Modulo Software licences issued to existing customers for our Sage 300 third party products are perpetual i.e. have no expiry date.

It is possible some of our products may be taken on by another Sage 300 development partner and should there be further news we will advise you at a later stage.

We have truly valued the relationships and friendships we’ve made with you all over the past 30 years and greatly appreciate the support you have given us.

I agree with ACCSYS, there are some good replacements for MAILPAC in the market. 

Also, a customer of mine has Realisable IMan (ETL tool). So, I developed IMan  jobs for the sending invoices and statements.  If you have a good ETL tool that supports emailing then you have a solution. 

I thought it was worth mentioning it.
