In the 2. Installation and Prerequisites from the 'The Sage 300 Financial Reporter for the Web' document. It is stated below that there is extra steps we have to follow to use earlier versions of windows. TK-36675 is mentioned but does anyone able to find it in the KB? 

"If you are using earlier versions of Office (Office 2016, 2019 or 2021), you must have that earlier version installed on the Sage 300 server and client. These also should be the 64-bit desktop versions. There are extra steps you may have to follow to be able to use earlier versions of Office. For these steps, please see the Sage 300 Knowledgebase (search for TK-36675)."
