Rerun workstation setup

I have done it severally nothing has changed

Make sure all DotNet libraries are up to date.  

c:\windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe (whatever)\runtime\a4wcrInterop.dll

the RegAsm is an executable. How can I navigate to \runtime\a4wcrInterop.dll

This Error only comes up when trying to run intelligence report.

You need to run the following on any computers running Intelligence:

C:\Sage300\71\BX66A\WSSetup

*Where Sage300 is your install location
