I have a single user with an issue in a single company (all other users and all other companies for affected user are OK).  The user opens the Vendor lookup and then users the search for a vendor - the subsequent search window with the expected list of vendors that can be filtered is blank.  Appears to be a problem with the grid control except it works fine if looking up a vendor in any other window - or the same window in a different company file.

No custom search criteria has been set and all settings have been reset back to default but with the same issue.

Any recommendations what the issue might be?  Thanks!
