Sage 300 2012 is not longer an active supported version.. I would definitely encourage upgrading to a more current version..

we have Application Object Models (AOM) available as far back as V2017... I don't think the tables have changed much between 2012 and 2017, so you can download the Object Model from the following KB. 

Is there a database schema AOM (Application Object Model) available for Sage 300 ERP

Not sure what module you are referencing (is it Purchase Orders or Order Entry)?

Are these Orders, Shipments, etc? 

If there is an Order, then the OEORDH1 table has a field called SHIPDATE.

Now that is just the order header, the detail lines may have a different shipment date so look at the OEORDD.EXPDATE field..
