Item Number Change Errors

On the server, V2024 with PU1, when posting item number change, we get these errors:

AP68ATRK: Critical Error: [4039] unsupported field type.

AR68ARRD: Critical Error: [4039] unsupported field type.

On a standalone, V2024 withOUT PU, no error.

We copied AP68ATRK files (3 of them) and AR68ARRD files (3 of them) from Standalone to Server, same error.

Please help.

Hello Digitmasters,

I ran a test on my system and didn't get the error message..

I did a search for these files in previous fixes and the only instance I have found is with Vendor Number Change and not Item Number Change.. the Vendor Number Change was fixed several versions ago and nobody is reporting this issue since.

Can you please contact Customer Support and open up a Support Ticket? This will need to be investigated..
