Employee Timesheets - Finder

I was hoping someone could help me understand why my finder button wont work in an employee timesheet. I am setting up our company so that employees can log-in to Accpac and fill out their own timesheets. But when i test out the employees, they all have access to only one earnings or deductions code. They cannot choose several. The finder button wont even pop up.

I have ensured that the "Allow in employee timesheet" is ticked off in the earnings codes themselves.

I have also ensured that the earings and deduction codes are set to "Yes" in the employee profiles.

Any other hints??
