We are trying to upgrade accpac from version 5.2 to 5.3. In the process of conversion we were able to upgrade GL, Bank services without any errors. But in AP and AR we are getting following internal errors. We have installed the necessary product updates (AP Service Pack 4, AR Service Pack 2)as well. Tried after resetting the machine, problem still remains. 

AP Error:- 
Internal error. update APPYM.RATEOP failed (7122 APINIT1.C). Write down the message, leave ACCPAC for Windows and Windows and return to the system prompt. Reset your computer and try the task again. See Appendix A in the A/P User Guide.
