How do you define "Managed reporting"?

The 6.x Portal Dashboard and Inquiry tools are useless if your country does not use American date formats.

"Managed reporting" still needs to be defined, it's too ambiguous, there are several tools, each with weaknesses and strengths.

What are you managing, i.e, distribution,  security, or scheduling of the reports?

Which reports, i.e., financial or operational?

What kind of reports, i.e., standard or user-generated?

What are the technical skills of the client?  Do they have internal IT staff?
