I sent the customer the web.config file from my working system.  He has tried it on his system but gets the same error, ie no change.

Any more ideas?

I think we need to take a look at the system to get a better understanding of the issue. If you could please call in to our customer support line that would be great.

Make sure the Sage 300 application pool in IIS Manager has the  Enable 32-Bit Applications setting set to True.

Second thing to check is to make sure both Tomcat service 6 and Application Pool are both assign to a Windows users with both Local and Domain Administrator rights.
