Payroll tax update for 1st quarter 2014

Will there be a new tax update for US Payroll for the 1st quarter of 2014? I have quite a few WI customers asking as there is a change in the withholding for WI.

Hi!

Can you provide me the link where I can directly download the Payroll tax updates from September 2013 to date?

We have no luck in getting the updates either from the Customer Portal or at Partner Portal.
