sage 300 2012 client seems frozen in Vista after click "New" at A/P invoice batch list

I just installed a Sage 300 2012 client in a Vista computer. In the A/P invoice batch list window of Accounts payable's A/P transactions, after we click button "New", or "open", it'll popup a small windows "Sage 300 ERP" to display progress. This small window runs always, cannot be closed. And we have to use "Task Manager" to end the task. I have tried run "regacc.exe", "sigverif.exe" and change settings for IE's activeX. But can not solve the problem. I have installed Sage 300 ERP clients in other win 7 and Vista before, these clients are all working well. Please help me to trouble shoot this problem.
