Is the latest product update (PU) installed?  We've tested this and cannot replicate the problem.

Best of my knowledge, yes:

2014 (300 Advanced ERP) (Build 1) (Product Update 1)

Open Sage ERP, toolbar at the top is present.  

Select 'View', uncheck 'Toolbar', toolbar goes away.

Exit Sage.

Reopen Sage and the toolbar is back and requires clicking View > uncheck Toolbar to have it go away again.

Wanting to have this never show unless specifically selected to show.

Appears I have two logins to the City...

1) What is Scanlsam?

2) How is it run?

Start > Programs > Sage > Sage 300 ERP 2014 > Tools > Scan ISAM

Click Scan (ignore everything else), you will see stuff listed under Results

It is done scanning when stuff are no longer added to Results (no bells or whistles go off)

Review Results for anything that shows an error, if no errors were found then that was not the problem

Click Close

Start > Programs > Sage > Sage 300 ERP 2014 > Tools > Scan ISAM

ISAM reported no errors

Further thoughts?

Try a different user, if that works then delete the faulty user's files under the USER folder.
