Greetings all!

We have a few machines that do not appear to be running REGACC. When I run it as admin (even without) it just pops up and says it created a log file, however it does not write over the previous log file. Any thoughts?

We are using a Windows 7 64 environment. This does not happen on every machine, just a few of them.
