We are running on Sage Accpac 500 v5.5a (Sage 300). I installed a fresh copy of Accpac on a users machine which I've done many times in the past without issue. I ran REGACC as an admin following the install. Everytime the user clicks the Accpac icon to load the software, it requests administrator credentials. Also, their Windows Authentication login information no longer works for this specific user. Nothing has changed with their login information. 

Please help!
