Hi Jay,

From what I have read in the documentation, if I do a manual check - then I have to calculate all the taxes manually.  Did I understand that correctly?

I was really hoping that Sage300 could Process payroll for just TIMESLIP entries and handle all the tax calculations for me.

So how would I go about getting just a BONUS check and not the regular payroll earning items?

Let me give you a little more background, I tried entering a TIMESLIP for BONUS and when I Calculated the Payroll it gave me the Bonus check plus the normal salary amount.  

Do a manual check and calculate the taxes manually,

or temporarily disable regular earnings with an export/import,

or make the bonus an Annual earning type, and when you calculate, only select annual, not biweekly.  

Great - looks like that will solve our problem - though in Sage300 there is no annual cycle, but quarterly should work just fine since we don't  have any other earning types with that cycle.
