We heard back, and it looks like January before PU2 comes out for 2014

Sage 300 ERP v2014 Product Update 2 is now available on VIP release. If interested, contact the Sage 300 ERP support team (chat or phone) to register. ETA for GA is mid-December 2014.

No sign of product update 2 yet.... or have we not yet reached mid December?

I see they have it on their downloads page, but when you click the link nothing happens. At least for me it either redirects and tells me I have to login or it goes to a blank page. Can still download PU1 though.

Uhm... the Sage portal is just awful.

Yep, the link is screwed up

2014 PU2 is not yet out. That link should not have been there to begin with. The new ETA is sometime next week but there's a chance that it might make it on Dec 26.

Has anyone tried the link for the January tax updates?  When I click on it now it also brings me to the same login screen but I'm already logged in and can no longer access the January tax updates either.

I was able to download them, for all versions. This was a couple days ago.

When I checked them a couple of days ago they worked, just didn't download them at them time ... that will teach me to expect Sage portal to have working links when you need them.  When I tried 5 minutes ago they didn't work

I was able to get them to work, went to the knowledgebase and selected Sage 300, then hit the download link above Top Articles. Found the tax table updates and used the direct download link. 

PU 2 is now available Dec 26, 2014, was even able to download it.!

Clear your browser cache - I was getting the same. Why is it that the Sage portal does not work unless you clear your browser cache? Every other site I visit works just fine without clearing the cache - just saying...

You also need to follow these steps to get to the correct download area, the old one does not work anymore (in case you saved a shortcut):

Product downloads and updates

To access downloads for all products,

click the Knowledgebase link in the navigation list to the left

click your product in the My Products list in the knowledgebase

and locate your downloads in the Support Resources section located near the bottom of the page.
