As Ettienne said, it's included in the Sage 300 2014 download. Just keep in mind that it is not part of the Sage 300 ERP 2014 setup. The payroll installer is located in a seperate folder named 'Payroll'. There you'll see CP71A.exe and UP71A.exe.
