Not all of your licenses were activated with the exact company name.

Previously, I've deleted the LP60a.lic and reactivated it with the name and codes from Sage, also deleted the LanPak.bin file, thought it might help - didn't. What do I need to do to correct the licenses? Something in the registry?

No, the only way to fix it is to delete the offending LIC file and re-register it correctly.

I meant re-activate. One or more of your LICs is not the same as the others, and it's not LP60A.

You are correct. The Lanpak license company name has a comma and a period the other licenses do not have. The status for the Lanpak is 'current' and the activation code is 'activated'. All the other licenses stati are 'unauthorized' and the activation codes are all blank. The activation codes from Sage do not have a comma or period in the company name. I am sure I typed the name correctly but if I didn't why did the Lanpak activate at all?
All of the programs work correctly and have done so for a couple of years. We just added 5 users to the Lanpak afte which

after which we started having the activation invalid message.

Delete the old lanpaks.

Deleted the Lanpak license and changed the registry company name to match the activation code sheet. That worked. Don't know how to mark this solution as verified? But it worked!
