Hi,

I just wanted to point out that this solution would not work if you were running Sage 300 ERP on a Windows Server 2012 R2 environment since Adobe Flash is built-into Internet Explorer, and you would not be able to uninstall it using the Adobe Flash uninstaller.

We were able to get it working by removing the Internet Explorer update under 'Program and Features'. The particular update number that was affecting it was 3065823.

Hope this helps anyone else that was in this situation.
