While converting data from 6.0 to 2014 I am stuck on Intelligence Reporting activation with fallowing error:

Restart records were found. Make sure that all Post in Progress batches get posted; any unfinished revaluation runs processed; and any unfinished update recurring charges runs get processed before running activation again.

Everything is posted in AP, AR, GL and there is no restart record in administrative services. Anybody with similar issue during conversion?
