Very disappointed we are still waiting Dec 30th 2015 for support to resolve issues with this fundamental requirement.

Resolve issue with what fundamental requirement? January Tax updates were released on Dec 18th. Considering that QuickBooks is not releasing their tax updates till first or second week of January, Sage already released their updates.

Hmmm in Sage 300CRE Canadian payroll, the update is unable to pass verification after being "run successfully". Something wrong somewhere. Support claims they did not receive tax tables form CRA on time and that is why they are not having successful processes at this time. I'm only a lowly user looking to Support to resolve an issue that should be routine. It's not like this is the first time they have had a calendar year end with tax table changes. They have been trying for last 24 hours and assure us they are working on it now. Why was this not sniffed out weeks ago??
Despite my disappointment with this situation, I wouldn't even compare Sage 300CRE to QuickBooks.
