installed update 4 on Sage 300 ERP 2014 and the latest tax update and now custom visual basic forms that have an ocx that prints reports crashes when we hit the print button

SOLVED

We are running Sage 300 ERP 2014 with an sql database.  We just installed Product Update 4 and the latest tax update.  We have a custom vb program that walks our users through the payroll process.  Basically this program just calls a series of screens in order.  Since we installed the updates, the vb screens that use sage 300 ocx controls to print reports, the vb program crashes when we hit print.  I even created a new project with no code behind it, dropped an ocx that prints a report on the form, and just ran the form from the project and it still crashes when I hit print.  When I debug through visual studio, it seems to be crashing with an error like this:

unhandled exception in msvcr80.dll 0xC000000: Access Violation

but that is really the only clue I am getting.

Has anyone run across anything like this?

Thanks so much!
