Hi, We're using Sage 300 ERP 2012.1 and our chart of accounts includes accounts with one segment, three segments, or four. Currently using the excel import for journal entries, we are only able to import three segments, then if we need the fourth segment we have to manually add it to the journal entry. Usually we can put the full number in the excel file and it will load into the G/L Journal Entry, but when posting the batch gets hung up. Is this an issue with the way our segments are set up in Sage, or does our JE template need to be modified? Thanks!
