Greetings!

The requirement is to be able to send mass emails from Sage 300, to Vendors and Customers. I have tried using the A/R and A/P Letters and Statements icon in A/R and A/P Customer Reports & Vendor Reports. I choose Letter (and a CR form that I hope to customize) and a Delivery Method of Customer or Vendor.

I keep getting a error message - 'There are no records in this range'. The letter I want to send out is a mass email to vendors and Customers about an address change.

Is this possible in Sage? Or do I have to export to Outlook?
