I'm using Sage 300 2017 PU 5 with web screen function. When I wanted to print standard POPOR04,POPOR05 the system gives me this error, I didnt use any customization directories

I've tried also to print locally on server and installed client using desktop version this report is printing correctly. This only not working for web screen. Any idea would be appreciated, thanks in advance
