A customer has asked me to get rid of all PO's in their system from a certain date backwards, irrespective of the status. Their is no option to purge PO's within Sage 300 and without making use of 3rd party utilities I would assume a SQL query is about the only way. I am just very wary of removing records out of the SQL DB's without knowing the implications and for fear of data integrity issues. Can someone point me in the right direction in this regard pls?
