Hi Support,

We have a client who used to use VM Service manager. which was linked to inventory and order entry. they have identified some items that have Qty committed to sale because of VM service manager. the items are old and need to be written off however, due to committed to sale status, adjusment cannot be passed.

what is the best way to rectify this? 

VM service manager is no loner in use.
