Is there a way that we can enter amounts and have them go directly to the new T4 boxes (57-60) that are required? We had someone start Payroll partway through the calendar year, and up to July, they just did one lump some history entry.

Add it in Transaction History
The pay amounts from January to July are already entered as a lump sum in History
The amounts for those boxes are taken directly from pay history and are not directly editable. The only way to have values in these boxes is to create an entry in transaction history. You would have to modify your entries accordingly.
