Are you sure about that error number? Server version? Sage version? Database version?
Server is Server 2012R2. Sage version is 2020 and sql 2017 CU15.

I've never seen that error number. Whatever procedure you're using to copy the database isn't working. Try normal Dbdump/Dbload.
we did the db dump and db load. we are now getting Error=1032, native code = 603979776) message. have you seen that before?

Nope. Clearly your SQL configuration is bad. Delete any ODBC DSN's, and run Sage Database Setup as Administrator to create them again. Don't create them manually.
