Missing Set Ship Date and Set Location buttons in OE and PO

I'm testing an upgrade from Sage 300 2017 to 2022.1

Reading through all the various new features, it mentioned new "Set Ship Date" and "Set Location" buttons in OE and PO.

However my Screens do not have these buttons, nor is the "Item Drill" button available any longer in OE and PO.   The programs are activated, however they are not registered yet, not sure if that has anything to do with it.   The screen shot is from Admin log in.

Is there a KB on this?  I could not find anything other then someone else saying the Item Drill button was missing, however they had the other buttons on their screens.

    Hi Matt,

    I am not sure if this will help you but I did find that the Set Ship Date and Set Location did not appear until the Subscription Licence updated properly.  We are also on Premium Edition too. 

    I cant see any Item Drill in these screens either so not sure if that is a setup issue or not.  Although OPS inquiry is accessible and works when using it directly.

    Thanks for that quick response!    Perhaps I will try registering the OE module and see what happens.   Do you think I can register this app again when we do the live install without repercussions?   (multiple registrations)

    In my experience, if you are not on subscription, then you get a LIC file generated when you activate it.  If you use a valid serial number, then the LIC is valid for 12 months.  Otherwise you get a temp LIC that expires in 30 days.

    You can delete these and have to renter your serial numbers and activation codes.

    If you are on subscription, the licence server should get checked for your current licence or you get a temp licence again.

    Its probably best to check this with your Sage consultant.
