O/E documentation states:

Reusing quotes. To reuse a quote that you have previously converted to an order, add a new order for the customer using the From Multiple Quotes option.

However, when I tried to reuse a quote by entering the Quote number, I got the error message "QT_0002 is completed".

Also the Quote No does not appear in the Finder for the From Multiple Quotes --> Create Order from Quotes window,
