Error Importing Inventory Balance

Hi guys, I'm experincing the below error when importing the inventory balance.

Description: System error. Write down the message, error and source codes. Exit Sage ERP Accpac and Windows. Restart and retry the operation. For more information, see Appendix A in the System Manager User Guide.

Importing inventory balance into sage accpac via the inventory receive function.

Are you sure your spreadsheet format is correct?
Does it happen right away, or after awhile?
Does RVSPY show you anything?

I know this was a while ago, but do you remember how you resolved? I'm having the same issue now and can't seem to get around it.

Close Excel before importing the file.

I got this same message when trying to import a journal entry from excel. I later realized, I used the journal date of 2/29/2017 and there was no feb 29th this year, so obviously dates must have to follow the official calendar.
