System Error received importing I/C Receipt

Version 6.2 PU1 Sage 300 ERP SQL 2012

I exported an I/C receipt, copy data to it from another spreadsheet and tried to import it back in as a new receipt (i.e. changed the sequence #) and am getting the following error:

Description: System error. Write down the message, error and source codes. Exit Sage 300 ERP and Windows. Restart and retry the operation.
Code: 3.3841.0
Source: 18:15:07 - SvrView: IC0590

I have around 10,000 items to import and could really use some assistance with this. Any ideas or tips would be appreciated.

Run RVSPY to get clues to the error.

I ran RVSPY and got no clues whatsoever. The original file can be re-imported but the modified file cannot.

Then you need to check your work, you pasted it incorrectly. Also, don't mix numbers and strings in a column.

Close Excel before importing the file.
