Error When attempting to open Sales Orders in one compnay

Question

This is the error I receive. 
 View 'OE0520' is not a valid View ID. 
 I went back to my client and did a database dump and load into my system and I still get the error. Any ideas?

"View 'XXXX' is not a valid View ID" usually indicates missing program files, at least in 99% of such cases. 
 Reinstall OE and service packs and try again.
