Is there a download I am missing? I am running Sage 300 ERP with update pu3. I am trying to export certain data out of the PO header file, only what I am looking for is not in the list of fields that can be downloaded. One specific field is "Reference". There are about 146 header fields to select from but that is not one of them. However, if you leave "All" selected and just accept an export of all records, you receive about 172 fields, which "Reference" is one? I can't export all 172 as I need only about 12 fields at most. Is there a fix for this?

Update and correction: there are 172 fields to choose from but 146 actually export including those that are not listed as an option to select. Was able to retrieve the export file needed by extracting through a Crystal Report and exporting as an excel spreadsheet. Sage needs to look at the list of exportable fields and correct them.

The field is named Reference (REFERENCE) - I see it when I export a PO.

Hi Ettienne,
If you export ALL fields, it is definitely there; however, if you attempt to choose a limited number of fields to export, it is not in the list. Nor is EXPARRIVAL or COMMENT (both of which appear in a full export), but I can't export 146 fields if I need only 10. I would have to map all to avoid a fail. Please have a look and confirm what I am finding so that they can address this in their next update. Many thanks.

There was an issue with mislabeled fields in some of the finders and a hotfix was issued for that - I can't remember the number.
It could be related to that - the field is mislabeled so you see some unrelated description instead of Reference.
Contact Sage support and show them - or log a support issue.

Note: "Reference" is the field that comes after "Description". Try export whatever comes after Description and see what you get.

Ettienne, that does work. Following the same logic, I have found other fields I was looking for. The naming of the fields in this screen is really bad. I will seek the hotfix as soon as I get a chance. For now, I am pulling the data with a Crystal report. Thank you for responding and being of assistance.
