We are using sage 300 ERP 6.0 PU 2. Since this morning when invoice is printed, the print form becomes non responsive. It does not close automatically and needs to be closed from task manager. Kindly assist.

Restart the server and workstations.

Nothing happend on the server. As for the workstation, it's a new installation. It works alright on a stand alone test setup.

"it's a new installation". Make sure the PC meets hardware requirements, and rerun workstation setup

windows 7 64 bit.....have rerun the workstation setup 3 times already.no difference.
