How do I return a serialized item back to inventory that has been shipped but not invoiced?

Hi Everyone,

I have an order that has been "shipped" but not invoiced and I want to reduce the shipment by one, putting the serialized item back into stock.

How do I do this?

Edit the shipment, change it to zero.

That is what I thought but it was not letting me change the quantity shipped. However, since I received your prompt answer, my Sage has decided to allow me to make the change. Go figure. Thanks again for your help Jay!!!
