Trying to create a report in SQL that pulls all costs for an item.

I am trying to create a report that pulls all OE sales by month and includes standard cost, average cost, most recent cost, last cost, alt cost 1 and alt cost 2. 

I can't seem to find which table or view has all of these costs. It looks like they are all in ICOPRIC but I don't seem to have access to that.

Any help greatly appreciated.
